They received the boxes on 9/16 and have LOST them in their Dallas terminal. I have been on the phone with these people for over a week and they can’t seem to locate my 10 boxes that they signed for on 9/16. My entire project has been at a standstill for a week now waiting on these s to find my shipment.

Nor can I find a phone number where someone actually answers the call. For 3 weeks, NSD has held an item that belongs to me, and I would press charges if I could locate the local terminal.
